I like this quote because I think it is most important to lead by example. When I’m coaching sports, I continuously portray commitment, dedication, perseverance, hard work and enjoyment. In this way, I have found that my players have been able to follow by my example. I have been very fortunate to coach some great teams over the years and I look forward to many more years of continued success.
